• Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.
• Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) must be provided.
3. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items are non-returnable, including but not limited to:
• Cloth diapers that have been washed or worn
• Baby bottles, pacifiers, or teething items
• Clearance or final sale items
4. Refund Process
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our end (e.g., incorrect or defective item). We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund — including shipping costs — once the issue is confirmed.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct product exchanges at this time. If you would like a different item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
